More About Me

Real Estate Consultants are not a “one size fits all” profession-how should you choose your best fit Realtor?

Securing a realtor to help you buy or sell a home (or both at the same time) is not an easy task, and should not be taken lightly. Ask your friends and family if they had an amazing experience with their Realtor-I believe referrals are a great way to go-but chances are, they may not have received white glove service, or can’t even remember their realtor’s name-so in that case, this info may help.  Make sure your realtor is familiar with the city you are buying or selling in. Is your realtor approachable and friendly? Are they a good communicator? Is your realtor full time? Check their reviews, it’s okay if they don’t have a ton of them, but make sure the ones that are visible are 5 STAR! Are they creative negotiators or proactive problem solvers? Do they have a system to keep you informed every step of the way? Still not sure? Interview 3 Realtors to find your perfect fit.

This isn’t a dating site, but let’s see if we are a good match.

I am 4 foot 11 inches, but they say good things come in small packages. I absolutely love all things four legged and furry and I make it a priority to give back to my community animal shelters with each and every closing. I enjoy supporting local restaraunts, and if you put a good charcuterie in front of me, I am a happy camper. I love hiking on our breathtaking desert trails at sunrise and rummaging through thrift stores and estate sales to find the "treasure".

What is my niche and who are my people?

My specialty is working with those transitional buyers and seller’s- the ones who are either moving up because they are busting at the seams, or down because they have recently found themselves empty nesting. I love the careful coordinating that it takes to make both deals happen harmoniously. A few of my other faves to work with are those in the military and first time buyers and sellers. Who am I not for? Land and commercial sales/purchases are not my specialty, however, I can refer realtors on my team that are amazing with those niches, but I know where I thrive and those areas are not it.
