Palm Springs was once upon time the playground to many stars like Lucille Ball, Frank Sinatra, and Elvis Presley. She welcomes her guests with open arms. Locals and out of towners alike, are drawn to the hip vibe of the downtown “strip”. Stylish hotels, cute boutique stores, coffee shops, and Tiki bars, are all set in the backdrop of the most gorgeous mountain views. There is an abundance of places to explore, get lost in the wonderful sculptures and artwork, and of course photo opportunities. Palm Springs has long since been a place that beckons visitors to bask in the sun, play in the pools, relax under palm trees, and drink under the stars.

Palm Springs is recognized for its mid century modern home design made popular in the 1950’s and 1960’s. These homes often times have flat, “W”, or slanted roof line, large glass sliding walls, clerestory windows, and clean lines. You will also find the likes of Spanish inspired casitas, with terracotta roofs, beautiful arched doors made of heavy solid wood, and colorful accent tiles.
